Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct PreDispatch Inspections: Perform detailed inspections of finished goods based on established quality
standards specifications and checklists. This includes visual inspection dimensional checks functional testing
and verifying packaging integrity.
2. Documentation: Accurately record inspection results including defects identified quantities inspected and
relevant operational data. Maintain organized and easily accessible inspection records.
3. Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify document and report any defects discrepancies or nonconformances
to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. production team quality control manager).
4. Dispatch Coordination: Communicate with the dispatch team regarding the availability of inspected and
approved goods for shipment.
5. Hold Management: Manage the hold area for products that fail inspection ensuring proper segregation and
identification.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to address quality issues and ensure that corrective actions
are implemented effectively.
7. Stay uptodate on the latest industry trends and technologies.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
