Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the banks overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition performance management employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Oversee the talent acquisition process ensuring the bank attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement employee development programs including training mentoring and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of learning and development to enhance employee capabilities and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Maintain effective communication channels to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage the banks compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to recommend appropriate salary structures and benefit offerings.
- Ensure equitable and fair compensation practices across the organization.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll HRIS recordkeeping and data management.
- Implement and optimize HR systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in HR management preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices labor laws and regulations relevant to the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition employee development performance management and compensation practices.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of the banking industry its dynamics and challenges.
- Ability to align HR strategies with the banks business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex HR issues.
