Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Deskside Support professional. As a Deskside Support specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users ensuring their IT equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience handling hardware installations configurations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows and macOS.
- Experience with office productivity suites email systems and remote access tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Some knowledge of network technologies and troubleshooting.
