Schedule: Per Diem Flexible No scheduling mandation Per Diem Team Members are required to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month based on the needs of the department. 2 of the 5 shifts must be on a weekend. Per Diem Team Members must meet all training requirements within the first 30 days of hire. This will include required training during normal business hours on weekdays 4 minimum weekday training requirements to be completed within 2 weeks of hire)

Shift Differentials Holiday and Weekend Differentials:Beginning 2:30pm 10:30pm $1.00 Beginning 10:31pm 7:00am $0.75 Weekend (Fri 10:31pm Sun 11:00pm) $1.00

What Youll Do in This Role:

Are you a compassionate caregiver with a passion for helping others As a Medication Technician youll play a vital role in providing essential daily care to older adults ensuring their wellbeing dignity and comfort. If you thrive in a supportive teamoriented environment and love building connections with residents this is the role for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide Compassionate Care: Assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.

Keep Things Cozy: Help maintain a clean and comfortable living space by doing laundry changing bed linens and tidying rooms.

Support Mealtime Needs: Serve meals according to dietary guidelines while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Engage & Connect: Build meaningful relationships with residents interact professionally with families and team members and lead fun group activities.

Encourage Mobility & Independence:Safely transfer lift and position residents while assisting with transportation to appointments and activities.

Monitor & Advocate: Follow resident service plans track vital signs and report any changes in resident conditions to ensure the highest level of care.

What Were Looking For:

A caring and patient individual who enjoys working with seniors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
A positive attitude and a desire to make a real impact

What Youll Need:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in medical assisting or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:Prior experience in a healthcare setting especially working with seniors or in longterm care is highly preferred.
• Physical requirements:Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds independently.
• Technical skills:Familiarity with Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) systems is a plus.
• Medication administration:At least one year of experience administering medications in a healthcare setting is preferred.
