Job Description
Weekly Pay $22.45/hour - CNA at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital
- Provide specialized care for patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation services including those with stroke brain and spinal-cord injuries amputations and complex orthopedic injuries.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records system for patient documentation and care coordination (EPIC experience required).
- Support patients in achieving optimal recovery and functional independence aiming for timely discharge home.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to implement comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with The Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards.
- Contribute to maximizing patients health function and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitative interventions.
- Uphold hospital policies and procedures to maintain exceptional standards of care and regulatory compliance.
