CONV LPNT IRF: PER DIEM POOL- CNA- Mercy Rehab OKC

Weekly Pay $22.45/hour - CNA at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital

- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients recovering from strokes brain or spinal cord injuries amputations complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.
- Work in a specialized rehabilitation hospital focused on patient recuperation outside the traditional hospital setting.
- May be required to float between North and South Mercy locations as needed (per diem position).
- Care for patients in low stimulation secured units with monitored rooms and specialized beds.
- Utilize high-tech therapy devices such as InMotion Robotic Arm and participate in therapy activities including use of a therapy car for daily living skill retraining.
- Support patient and family practice of daily living tasks in specialized apartments.
- Ensure patient comfort in private family-friendly rooms equipped with sleeper chairs.
- Encourage rehabilitation through use of outdoor healing gardens and walking trails.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policy regarding flu and COVID vaccinations (declinations not accepted).
- Complete and submit required cover sheet for employment consideration.
