Position Overview:
We are seeking a coach who will be the driving force behind our clients success and overall studio growth. As a coach you will be responsible for coaching classes facilitate clients success as well as help bring in new clients (with resources we provide)
We have built a super strong community over the last two years but are ready to go to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- You will be coaching up to 34 class / sessions per day
- Be a strategic partner with the owner to grow the studio membership base through sales
- Conduct high energy and highly detailed training sessions that showcase the value of our programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients nurturing them throughout their fitness journey and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
- Meet and exceed new member targets by consistently driving to impact more lives.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Must love to work in a competitive results driven fitness environment
- Must bring tremendous energy to all sessions and team interactions
- Must have the ability to be the number #1 coach
- Ability to intelligently connect with clients
- Previous experience in fitness desired but not required if you have a love of fitness and know your way around a gym
- Relentless approach towards achieving your goals
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in tight knit & community driven work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and objections.
