Key Responsibilities:
- Job Postings and Sourcing:
- Composing job descriptions and advertising vacancies on various platforms such as job boards company websites and social media.
- Identifying potential candidates through networking LinkedIn job fairs and recruitment agencies.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Assessing qualifications skills and cultural fit by reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting preliminary phone screenings or facetoface interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Managing new hire procedures including documentation induction and orientation.
- Facilitating smooth offboarding for departing employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns grievances and conflicts as a primary point of contact.
- Cultivating effective communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Administration:
- Maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Employer Branding:
- Implementing employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Engaging in social media recruitment marketing and networking to attract top talent.
