Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team. In this role you will provide comprehensive patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients including health assessments diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Manage patient cases effectively within an outpatient setting as well as through telehealth consultations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure highquality patientcentered care.
- Participate in population health initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document and track patient care with Athena preferred.
- Engage in continued learning and development through knowledgesharing across the network.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of clinical outpatient experience postresidency.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted Arizona State license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certification: Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Life Support: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- DEA Registration: Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
- Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Active enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
- Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena experience preferred.
