Job Description
We are actively seeking highly motivated selfdriven Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to become integral members of the IFS R&D Shared Applications team.
In this role you will be an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to testing and ensuring the quality of enterprise application products and shared components. As a member of the Shared Applications team your contributions will be crucial to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify testing requirements based on product specifications and develop and implement test strategies and test designs
- Conduct functional regression integration performance and security testing and perform exploratory and adhoc testing to uncover edge cases
- Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using tools like Cypress Playwright or similar.
- Ensure all defects are properly categorized documented prioritized and addressed before release
- Monitor and improve test automation coverage and effectiveness
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers software engineers and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 3 years experience with a track record in working with enterprise grade software quality assurance.
- Proactive take initiative and responsibility.
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Indepth knowledge and experience in Cypress Playwright or similar
- Knowledge of version control systems like GIT/Bitbucket.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment
- Exposure in the unit testing with Jest or similar will be an added advantage
