Are you a motivated student looking for an internship in a multinational company Join our global Commercial Marketing team as a Process Management Intern and gain valuable experience in documenting and optimizing our marketing processes.
Your Responsibilities:
Process Documentation:Build and maintain detailed documentation of our lead flow management processes to ensure all marketing leads are efficiently entered into our CRM system worldwide.
Identify Improvement Opportunities:Analyze existing processes identify areas for improvement and assist in developing new more efficient workflows.
Training Materials:Review and update existing training materials develop new materials based on your analysis and process documentation and implement a training platform on SharePoint.
Teamwork:Work closely with a global team of marketing professionals and operations specialists to implement continuous process improvements and reduce processing times.
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated students with a strong work ethic and the following background:
Field of Study:Enrolled in a relevant field within STEM or Business (including but not limited to Business Administration Business Informatics Engineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related area.
Analytical Skills:Strong understanding of complex processes and an affinity for process documentation and optimization.
IT Skills:Knowledge of CRM systems and SharePoint is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills:Ability to detail and present information clearly and accurately.
Initiative:Work independently and bring your own ideas for process improvement.
Language Skills:Excellent English skills both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
We offer:
This is a fulltime internship position based in Barcelona/ Spain starting in JulyAugust 2025 and targeting a duration of 12 months.
IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university for the entire duration of the internship (Spring/Summer 2025 to Spring/Summer 2026.
