Job Description
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Must not have a criminal record that includes felonies or misdemeanors against persons that are in conflict with the requirements of the position or agency policy
- Valid drivers license
- Less than 6 points on driving record
- Active auto insurance
- Every other weekend required
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Rotate on call
- Assist with scheduling staff
- Able to mentor and coach staff to maintain positive team atmosphere and ensure high quality care is given individuals at the home
- Assists with planning preparing and leading individual and group activities in house and in the community
- Transport individuals served in a safe and timely manner.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form
