Job Description
Job Title: Global Partnership Executive
Location: Kolkata Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Global Agency Tieup (Primary Focus)
Network on LinkedIn to connect with international recruitment agencies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify global sourcing partners.
Negotiate and establish partnerships for CV sourcing.
Local Agency Tieup (Shared Responsibility)
Manage select local agency partnerships for CV sourcing.
Monitor and optimize CV flow to meet hiring needs.
Requirements
- Strong LinkedIn networking and digital outreach skills
- Experience in research and market analysis
- Ability to adapt to global recruitment trends
