Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to join one of our esteemed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout the production process conducting laboratory tests and ensuring compliance with industry and safety regulations. This role is critical in maintaining the consistency performance and reliability of our pigment products.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct regular sampling and testing of raw materials in-process batches and finished pigment powders.

Operate and calibrate lab equipment including spectrophotometers pH meters viscometers and other QC instruments.

Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation and test reports.

Monitor production parameters and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.

Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where necessary.

Support audits and maintain lab records as per ISO/GMP standards.

Bachelors degree in Chemistry Industrial Chemistry or a related field.

2 5 years of experience in quality control within pigment chemical or related industries.

Proficiency in laboratory testing and quality assurance protocols.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
