  1. JOB PURPOSE

(Provide an overview of the job its context in the organization and the contribution that it makes)

  1. Ensure highquality electrical maintenance with a focus on costeffective and efficient operations.
  2. Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining optimal serviceability of all Landside Electrical systems on a 24/7 basis.
  3. Adhere to all safety regulations while performing electrical maintenance tasks.
  4. Manage documentation including estimation measurements and progress tracking.
  5. Supervise outsourced agencies to ensure effective of maintenance work.
  6. Oversee inventory management using the Landside Electrical Database and SAP.
  7. Maintain electrical installations across PTB ancillary buildings automatic doors UPS & DCPS with batteries XBIS and ATRS systems.
  8. Ensure all electrical installations are fully operational to support passenger comfort.

  1. Lead and overseethe maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of LV Panels SUB DB MCB DB and Control Panels including LV switchgear breakdowns.
  2. Effectively manage and mentora large workforce in highpressure work environments ensuring high productivity and performance.
  3. Supervise and optimizepreventive and corrective maintenance of automatic sliding doors including major breakdowns and modifications.
  4. Perform root cause analysisand implement effective troubleshooting measures to minimize downtime.
  5. Manage and ensure optimal serviceabilityof Inline XRay machines conventional XRay machines and DFMD.
  6. Ensure seamless operation and maintenanceof ATRS systems preventing disruptions in functionality.
  7. Coordinate crossdepartmentallyto obtain necessary work permits for executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks including emergency breakdown repairs.
  8. Oversee and optimizethe operation and maintenance of various UPS and DCPS systems across different power ratings ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
  9. Handle shift management and store inventoryto maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  10. Plan schedule and prioritize routine maintenancetasks efficiently for optimal resource utilization.
  11. Develop work priorities and performance benchmarksto improve maintenance efficiency and system uptime.
  12. Ensure compliancewith electrical safety codes industry standards (ISO NEC IEC) and airport regulations in all maintenance activities.
  13. Lead energy monitoring and efficiency initiativesconducting thermographic analysis of terminations and panels RCD testing power quality assessments and serviceability reports on a regular basis.
  14. Develop and implement emergency response plansfor electrical failures mitigate risks and ensuring minimal operational disruptions.

B.E Minimum08Years of exp. maintenance of Electrical and electronic related systems/equipments.

Diplomaminimum12years of experience in the maintenance of Electrical and electronic related equipments/systems

5.3. Computer skills(Indicate the required knowledge on software applications hardware etc. that are required)

Sound working Knowledge in MS office Maximo SAP

5.4. Knowledge and work skillsIndicate what knowledge (machines equipment processes systems etc. and work skills are required

  1. Strong technical expertise in UPS DCPS batteries and power backup systems.
  2. Indepth knowledge of indoor/outdoor lighting systems automatic sliding doors and internal electrical repairs & maintenance.
  3. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting control systems ATRS and security systems (XRay machines DFMDs and mobile elevated access equipment).
  4. Experience with SAP MS Office and MS Access for maintenance tracking inventory management and reporting.
  5. Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical failures efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  6. Effective planning and leadership skills to manage maintenance operations in highpressure environments.
