We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist the sales department at GEMCO. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction as we continue to set new standards in the industrial manufacturing sector. Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- collaborating with internal departments to facilitate gathering specification.
- Utilize company systems such as CRM ERP and proposal generators.
- Generate electrical drawings. Research key industrial control components.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
- Research older CAD files for dimensions replacement parts and retrofits.
- Participate in group meetings and come up with solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect track and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Demonstrate an in-depth product knowledge or ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electrical systems particularly an understanding of industrial controls and their functions.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be located in New Jersey or within commuting distance.
