Job Overview

NoBroker is seeking a dynamic Telesales Specialist at our Bangalore location for a fulltime role. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through telecommunication leveraging cold calling techniques and possessing strong negotiation skills. This position requires expertise in lead generation and offers the opportunity to work in a fastpaced growing environment where you can make a significant impact on our business.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in cold calling techniques essential for initiating contact and fostering relationships with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills are crucial to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in lead generation a key component in identifying and engaging potential customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is necessary for tracking and managing customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce to ensure efficient management and analysis of sales data.
  • Capable of objection handling to address customer concerns and turn them into opportunities.
  • Sound product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the services offered by NoBroker.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Engage in regular followups with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable outcomes for both the customer and NoBroker.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement improvement strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal and professional growth.
