We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! As the Budget & Grants Coordinator you support the fiscal operations that enable the Office of Addiction Response to meet its mission. Your role involves ensuring adherence to local state and federal financial regulations; assisting with budget development and management; and assist with managing grants and funding sources. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners including the County Auditors office to deliver accurate financial reporting and optimize resource utilization Summary of Job Duties: - Prepare review and analyze financial documents and contracts for the Office of Addiction Response.
- Coordinate and provide assistance with grant compliance.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and resolutions.
- Report administrative fiscal operations by processing invoices purchase orders and travel reimbursements.
- Maintains and troubleshoots budgeting and financial systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration public administration or closely related field from an accredited college or university with coursework in business statistics AND
- One 1 year of experience in accounting or budgeting which evidences a comprehensive knowledge of regulations & procedures governing fiscal activities.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
