Drive Roots growth in the dairy red meat and grains industries in Germany by securing deals building customer relationships and expanding market presence across the sector.
Close deals with processors in Germany by closely working with them to understand their needs building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (incl. farmers executives etc. and participating in industry events and fairs.
Develop relationships with existing customers by actively engaging with their needs fostering longterm partnerships and providing guidance throughout their climate transition.
Support the Market Leads in Germany to expand market presence and maintain leadership in each industry.
Collaborate closely with the German team across all verticals sharing market insights and best practices to drive growth and alignment.
Demonstrate a passion for working in fastpaced environments combined with a charismatic streetsmart nature demonstrated in previous positions or internships in consulting or startups/scaleups (prioritizing the match with the role over past experience).
Demonstrate a handson mentality thriving in imperfect and fastchanging environments.
Demonstrate fluency in German and English with a deep understanding of German culture and local business dynamics.
Be based in Berlin.
