Performance Marketing Internship Talbots
The Marketing intern will work directly with the Performance Marketing team to help with email marketing influencer marketing digital marketing and consumer insights.
Internship Details
- Shadow performance marketing team throughout strategy development for digital channels including email and paid marketing (Search Social Affiliate Display)
- Perform indepth competitive analyses to support marketing recommendations across both email and paid channels
- Support the team on developing performance reporting to prove out digital marketing efforts
- Attend Marketing team and crossfunctional team meetings to experience and participate in marketing campaigns from conceptualization to
- Compile research around industry trends relating to fashion/retail marketing and influencers
- Assist the consumer insights team in customer research and reporting
Internship Qualifications
- Authentic curious and passionate
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program preferably Marketing oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- A strong communicator (both verbal and written communication)
- Detailoriented and entrepreneurial
- Able to think strategically conceptually and creatively
- Interested in fashion retail and/or marketing
Program Details
The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomesthe classesof 2025 and 2026 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor Lane Bryant LOFT Talbots)and Corporate Shared Servicesto kickstart their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work handson with their department for 10weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats professional workshops store visits etc. and participation in a collaborative team project.
The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr.
KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location.
