About the role
As an Intellectual Property Law Partner you will spearhead our firms efforts in protecting managing and leveraging the intellectual property (IP) assets of our clients. This role is pivotal in navigating the complex intersection of law technology and business providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to safeguard intellectual property rights. Your expertise will play a critical role in advising clients from diverse sectors including technology entertainment and manufacturing on IP strategy litigation and commercialisation.
About you:
- Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property law with at least 10 years of experience in a leading law firm or corporate legal department.
- Deep understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of intellectual property including international IP law.
- Exceptional leadership and teambuilding abilities with a proven track record of mentoring and developing legal talent.
- Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills capable of effectively articulating complex legal concepts to a diverse audience.
