We provide fully integrated environmental and social assessment and management services including concept and feasibility technical assessment consultation approvals delivery operation and decommissioning.
About the Opportunity:
Umwelts portfolio has more new and exciting projects in the biodiversity sector which is expanding as NSW moves towards renewable energy and tries to balance development with strategic conservation and offsetting outcomes. This expansion offers exciting prospects for enthusiastic ecologists at any career stage from early to senior who want to be part of a team with steady work and incredible project diversity.
We are a growing company with a vision to make a difference and we are looking for Field Ecologists at all levels who are ready to enhance their ecological consulting career working with our NSW ecology team. We seek candidates who have finished their studies and acquired some experience in conducting ecological field work and who are keen to travel and develop their technical skills in recognising vegetation and flora and surveying for specific species.
This role is mainly field based targeting surveys in spring and summer 2024/2025 in a range of locations in NSW. Permanent roles may be available following this period by negotiation.
