Job Description
Qualifications
- Minimum of a D License
- 3 years coaching experience
- 5 years training experience
- Ability to work with coaches to follow curriculums
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with coaches and trainers to execute curriculum
- Communicate with members and answer questions and provide guidance
- Manage the training schedule and the trainers
- Create proper teams and organize the game schedules
- Work with new coaches and trainers to help educate and grow through grass roots development
- Conduct at least one parent meeting prior to the start of each season to outline expectations and review program details
- Organize and run camps and clinics
- Work with staff to help transition players out of the YDA into club teams
Candidates must possess a current and clean driving license and pass a comprehensive background check. Must also be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
