Are you passionate about making a tangible impact through learning and development Join our ENA Academy team as the L&D Manager for Iberia where youll lead our Academy activity drive Accors signature Heartist Culture and cultivate new business opportunities across the region.
What will you do
- Manage Academy activities for Iberia embedding our Heartist Culture in all L&D initiatives. Bring to life the 3 major Academy pillars: Leadership and Culture Operational Excellence Ethics and Compliance
- Advise and support Accor hotels (135 properties in Spain and Portugal) and head offices on implementing L&D actions in the region.
- Plan and organize innovative trainings managing a team of external trainers.
- Oversee Academy offer pricing billing and ensure training activity is tracked and reported.
- Lead the Academy sales strategy; identify pursue and convert business growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- Proven background in learning & development delivery and design.
- Experience in project management and driving L&D initiatives across regions or sectors.
- Strong business acumen; ability to translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
- Dynamic leadership and coaching skills; team management expertise.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
