Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated entrylevel Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an entrylevel laborer you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects while gaining handson experience and learning from seasoned professionals. This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to start a career in construction and are ready to learn the skills needed for future advancement. You will be involved in a variety of tasks on the job site including assisting skilled tradespeople handling materials and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Our ideal candidate is physically capable reliable and possesses a strong work ethic. Join us as we shape the future one project at a time while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment as directed by site foremen and supervisors.
  • Perform basic construction tasks such as digging lifting and carrying materials.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics and project goals.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a laborintensive role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
