Role: Enterprise Account Executive x 3 (want to hire all before end of Q1
Location: Munich
Language:German (native)
WFH policy:hybrid 2 days p/w in office
Industry: Real Estate ESG Sustainability
Product: Financial Controlling & ESG platform for Asset Managers
Size and functions of a local team:140 FTE incl. 1 Head of Sales 1 Enterprise AE 2 BDRsRole description:
  • 90 new customer acquisition 10 longterm expansion opportunity
  • 80100 wil come from BDR team ideally bit of selfgen on top
  • Selling Financial Controlling & ESG platform into large Asset Managers
    • They also sell directly into Large Enterprise (DAX) not a focus
  • ICP isFTE but $1bio under management <1000 in DACH)
  • Average land is $50150k ARR expand is 25X sales cycles 612 months
  • Target will be 800k (first year will be building ramped quota)

Must haves:
  • 25 years Account Executive exerience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling into midmarket (and/or enterprise)
    • Think decent sized deals: $50100k ARR
  • Having worked complex multistakeholder deals
    • Think 3 stakeholders at client plus BDR/SE/Manager internally
  • Curiousity; able to dig deep and understand the customer
  • Someone eager creative willing to do what it takes
  • Good tenure no job hoppers!

  • Industry experience
Hiring process:
  1. 30 min video call with Raymond (TA)
  2. 45 min video call with Anton (Head of Sales)
    1. Competency based biggest deal way of working etc
  3. Case study onsite with Anton & CxO
  4. Final / Offer
Salary & benefits: up to 160k OTE 50/50 or 60/40 (can flex for great candidate) ESOP
  • Annual Development budget of 2000 3 days off

  • Flexiblity to work 4 weeks abroad per year
