The Raytheon Mission Systems Engineering Team is looking for a Systems Engineering Cost Account Manager (CAM). As the CAM you willsupport a diverse team of engineers for this software development program.
This is an onsite role based in Aurora CO: Work week is 5x8s.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
CAM serving a crossdisciplinary team of engineers
Management of the teams cost and schedule including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques.
Support ECP efforts as required.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with proposals estimates technical documents and/or other contract deliverable items
Ability to become Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in change management and/or cost estimation
Experience with complex satellite ground systems particularlycommand and control functionality.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
Systems Testand/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
Strong systems engineering experience
Experience with Satellite Command and Control or Mission Planning and Scheduling Operations
Experience in SE process development and deployment
Experience with complex satellite ground systems particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations
Proven written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Proficient with Microsoft Project
Knowledge and experience with Metrics driven Earned Value

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
