We are looking for a Microelectronics Systems Engineer with 3 years experience or more in Analog and Mixed Signal IC design and verification.
Tasks to be performed:
- Work in a multidisciplinary team developing ASICs and standard IC products for the industrial nuclear and space sectors.
- Architecture definition of Analog and Mixed Signal integrated circuits feasibility analysis and tradeoffs.
- Design and verification of Analog and Mixed Signal integrated circuits or IP blocks from requirements to sign off.
- Support to validation and test of the developed ICs or IP blocks.
- Participate in the preparation of R&D proposals.
- Mentor less experience designers (according to the candidate experience).
- Layout of mixed signal blocks/ICs.
Required skills experience and candidate profile:
- University degree in Engineering or Physics specialization in electronics.
- Solid basis in microelectronics design.
- Proficient with the Cadence design suite.
- Experience with submicron technologies.
- Experience with Matlab and/or any other highlevel modeling language.
- Experience with layout tools LVS/DRC checkings will be highly appreciated.
- Experience with digital backend is considered important.
- Experience in support to component testing is a plus.
- Experience with highspeed ADCs DACs or transceivers is a plus
- Experience in radiation hardening by design is a plus.
- Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Open minded and ready to be challenged with multidisciplinary R&D projects.
