Are you a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and an interest in understanding customers needs Were offering an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on the Danish and Norwegian markets. This role is based at our Copenhagen office in Nyhavn. Your contribution will be critical to our continued success and you will have the opportunity to work with larger enterprise customers in the Nordics. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued prospects. You will be part of a driven sales team based in both Stockholm and Copenhagen.

In this role you will:

  • Prospect and target potential clients leading to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
  • Conduct presales activities implementing marketing strategies showcasing software demos and creating compelling business cases.
  • Identifying client needs and crafting strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from contract negotiation to closure.
  • Actively participate in marketing and presales events webinars and clientrelated activities.

You will have the opportunity to work across the Nordic region with a focus on Denmark and Norway.

Personal Attributes
We are seeking someone with a resultsdriven approach to sales who genuinely enjoys understanding customer needs. You should excel at independently managing your time in a selfleading role and possess exceptional relationshipbuilding skills crucial for closing deals with clients. You are curious and embrace creative thinking employ multichannel communication and use datadriven strategies to think innovatively. Your strong problemsolving mindset coupled with a resultsoriented approach is key.


    We also see that you have:

    • Several years of B2B enterprise sales experience specifically within SaaS or IT software solutions
    • Experience of complex SaaSsales
    • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners
    • Proven ability to learn succeed and remain curious
    • Experience winning new businesses in the Nordics
    • Fluency in English both spoken and written
    • Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish spoken and written

    Its an extra if you also have...

    • Experience working in the HR space or with HR tech products with an understanding of the ecosystem and stakeholder landscape
    • A Bachelors degree in Business Economics Human Resources or similar
    • Experience in selling to Norway
