Job Description

Senior Technical Account Manager SaaS Client (Munich Germany Hybrid)
Location: Munich Germany Hybrid Work Model

Are you a customerfirst technical leader who thrives on building strong enterprise relationships Our client a leading SaaS company is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join their team in Munich. In this strategic role youll partner with major clients to ensure longterm success through cuttingedge digital solutions and expert guidance.

What Youll Be Doing

Serve as the technical lead and advisor for key enterprise customers helping them leverage the clients software and services to drive real business outcomes.

Create and deliver customized technical success plans aligning client goals with scalable product solutions.

Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks working closely with internal teams including Engineering Customer Success and Product.

Drive highlevel executive engagement with client stakeholders (VPs CMOs CXOs) presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.

Lead technical workshops QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and governance meetings.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive innovation advocate for the customer and ensure consistent service excellence.

Actively mentor junior TAMs helping to build a worldclass customer experience practice.

    What You Bring

    Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

    5 years of experience in technical account management enterprise consulting or customer success within a SaaS or MarTech environment.

    Demonstrated ability to communicate with executives lead technical discussions and influence decisionmaking.

    Strong presentation skillsyoure comfortable leading both small and large meetings online and in person.

    Experience working across multiple solutions in complex digital environments.

    Knowledge of marketing technology digital content platforms or cloudbased ecosystems is a strong plus.

    Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus but not required.
