Size and functions of local team: 2 AEs in DACH 1 AE per other European region 1 BDR per AE (Benelux AE will have a dedicated BDR). Active in DACH Benelux Iberia France (around 12 sales people)
Role description
- Vertical: Agrifood supply chain compliance solutions
- Buyer Persona: Midmarket and enterprise clients (Retailers category owners primary suppliers importers/exporters)
- Deal Sizes: 12K15K
- Deal Cycles: 34 months
- Sales Motion: 1:1 BDR support mix of inbound and selfgen shifting from SMB to more commercial sales
- Sales Methodology: Open to various frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC SPIN Challenger) focus on stakeholder management and multithreading
- Current Team Structure: 1 existing AE in Benelux; CEO still involved in large deals (e.g. Albert Heijn)

- Experience in similar complex SaaS (not necessarily yearsbased but ability to navigate multistakeholder deals)

Salary range & secondary benefits:
- Base: Up to 70K base (including)140K OTE max
OTE: 10 on each deal closed 5 on renewals (great in year 2
VSOPS / SARS: 13K on shares (will increase with the series A this year)
