MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Description
R&R:
- Analyze the internal job rotation data to identify function/team clusters and drive alignment with Function heads / Senior leaders (with support from WFE Leads)
- Define the skills & capabilities matrix framework and gather the required inputs from nominated SMEs from respective functions/teams
- Finalize the skills & capabilities matrix for the identified clusters and implement the same on WFE system
- Define the Learning Academy learning framework including the gamified learning approach and incentivization plan
- Collate the list of trainings available across teams streamline and optimize the number of training courses by eliminating any overlaps between functions/teams and assimilate/onboard the shortlisted trainings to Learning Academy
- Develop learning journeys and specific milestones for accelerating production readiness of new joiners as well as for crossskilling across functions/teams
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams at various interlocks during the program and Learning Academy rollout
- Monitor progress and highlight any risk / issues to Senior leadership for timely intervention and robust mitigation
