Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position involves collaborating with various departments to drive organizational performance foster employee engagement and support the achievement of business goals. The Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders providing guidance on HRrelated matters talent management organizational development and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support to achieve business goals.
Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations overall mission and vision.
Act as a liaison between employees and management addressing employee concerns performance issues and development opportunities.
Provide guidance on talent acquisition retention and succession planning to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication training and change management strategies.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development planning.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Experience in talent management organizational development and change management.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
