Job Summary:
The Business Services Coordinator I is responsible for supporting a wide range of business operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This role requires a highly organized self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing performance-driven relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to key business units and leadership.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Draft and process correspondence reports presentations and internal communications.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective workflow and communication.
- Maintain organized records databases and documentation for reporting and compliance.
- Support scheduling travel coordination and expense reporting as needed.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 1 2 years of experience in a business services office coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
