Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903 Andersen Windows has been the worlds largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Our Lead Generation Specialist (Proximity Marketers) are the first interaction with new customers. Our team meets with hundreds of homeownersgenerating leadsby offering free consultation appointments with our sales team. We are seeking highly motivated driven and goaloriented individuals to become a part of our team. If you are good with people energetic and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible. This is afulltime entrylevel marketing and sales positionwith growth opportunities available!
The Position What youll be doing
Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods with our sales territory.
Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in doortodoor canvassing in assigned territory.
Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
Report to our office inStamford CT for 2 weeks of initial training then once a month for team meetings.
Must be comfortable working in the field
The Person What we are looking for:
High energy/outgoing personality with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Experience in sales canvassing hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Positive attitude and mindset through rejection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet goals and metrics set for you and your team.
Selfmotivated with negotiation skills and results oriented.
The Benefits What we provide:
$25/hour base with monthly uncapped commission bonuses (average reps earning $65000$80000 a year)

The Schedule When youll work
Full time 40 hours a week
MondayFriday 8:30am5pm
Occasional Saturdays if needed

How to prepare:
You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.
Set aside 1520 minutes for the selfguided assessment that includes questions and a personality game.
Find a quiet place to record and be camera ready.
You will need a smart phone tablet or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
Youll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare 3 minutes to respond and 1 opportunity to rerecord.
