What You Will Do:
The position is for an onsite Quality Inspector. The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections testing products and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality control excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other functions. This role will support the Receiving Inspection team located ONSITE at Princeton NJ .
What You Will Do:
Perform inspections of incoming materials inprocess products and finished goods.
Interpret and adhere to quality standards specifications and procedures.
Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and quality.
Document inspection results and maintain detailed records.
Identify and report defects deviations and nonconformities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.
Assist in developing and updating inspection plans.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles tools and techniques.
Experience with measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
Experience with using a microscope.
Experience working with optical components (lens windows etc..
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
The role may require working with a microscope for extended periods and handling small delicate components.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 72000 USD 144000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
