As a Client Service Manager you will oversee and develop all client services within our franchise territory. Your responsibilities will include converting leads into clients ensuring client retention and fostering growth by expanding care hours for existing clients. Your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional home care services while building meaningful relationships with families in our community.

Examples of Job Duties:

New Client Onboarding & Service Management

  • Develop and implement a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

  • Respond promptly to service inquiries follow up with leads and meet client conversion targets.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and their families providing support during the first 3090 days of service.

  • Assess and recommend appropriate care services to enhance seniors wellbeing.

Existing Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments using the LIFE Profile tool.

  • Spend 23 days per week in the field visiting clients at home hospitals rehabs and other facilities.

  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to assess care quality and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor online client reviews to identify service improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.

  • Adapt and communicate updates to client care plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Schedulerto adjust caregiver assignments as required.

  • Maintain and update the client retention dashboard weekly creating proactive strategies for replacing lost hours and enhancing care.

  • Drive internal growth each month in alignment with company goals.

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in customer service client services management sales or account management.

  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication followup skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and families.

  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and Internet applications.

  • Associates degree preferred.
