Job Description

InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM built on Salesforce and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities create and manage relationships and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.

We are seeking a Client Success Manager with a proven track record of managing complex enterprise-level client relationships in the Private Markets space. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic CSM who thrives in high-stakes environments and can navigate nuanced client dynamics with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) and bring deep expertise in driving adoption retention and growth across a sophisticated client base.

You Will

    • Own and manage a book of high-value enterprise clientsserving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
    • Develop deep consultative relationships and deliver a white-glove client experience that drives measurable value and long-term retention.
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk through client health monitoring solutioning and stakeholder alignment.
    • Serve as a quarterback across internal teamscollaborating with Product Support Sales and Engineering to resolve issues advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement.
    • Work with the Client Partner on renewal strategy and identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client goals with product capabilities.
    • Translate complex workflows and product capabilities into clear value propositions and best practices for client teams.
    • Represent the voice of the client in internal roadmap support and operational conversations.

You Have

    • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success Account Management or Enterprise Support ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
    • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience configuring managing or supporting Salesforce workflows strongly preferred
    • Direct experience managing real estate clients or supporting other financial services firms.
    • Demonstrated success managing complex high-stakes enterprise relationships.
    • High EQ and executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
