Hiring for the post of Hr Assistant/Executive
Company Profile:The Company is leading PCB manufacturers in India with advanced Infrastructure & huge production capacity 100000 sqm/month & with a mass satisfied customer base throughout India & Abroad.
1. Post: Hr Assistant/Executive
Experience: 13Years
Skills:Statutory Compliance Policy Payroll Recruitment Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Maintain / Updating Leave Record & overtime records.
- Work on PF Documents.
- Interaction with employees.
- Man power planning & Time keeping.
- Maintaining and Updating of the Master Data of Employees. I.e. New Joined Employees & Left Employees.
- Daily updating of Attendance & Leaves (CL SL PL) COff OverTime
- Preparation of the Salary & Wages of the employees and Operators on monthly basis
- Deductions of the Statutory Compliances (PF ESIC LWF Contribution)
- Preparation of Full & Final Settlements and Exit Interviews.
Salary:Up to 2.4 LPA
