The purpose of the Retail Sales Associate is to assist in providing production knowledge and sales support to Members and guest with Yellowstone Clubs retail standards and expectations.

Experience/Education Required
High school diploma GED or vocational training or jobrelated course work; One to two years experience in customer service; Strong verbal/written communication interpersonal and analytical skills; Previous cash handling experience; Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with Members guests coworkers and management.
Experience/Education Preferred
Previous work experience in retail industry; Knowledge of Jonas computer system and Easy Rent.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid State Drivers License.
Computer Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members guests coworkers vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.
Work Environment

However the employee may be required to work outside in extreme heat cold rain wind snow or inclement weather as the demands of the position so dictate.
