At Ivanti were looking for a Staff Software Developer to join our remote team focusing on core components of our NSA/ZTA Cloud products. Youll tackle customer challenges enhance scale and performance and ensure high availability. • Develop core components for NSA/ZTA Cloud products focusing on Agent Management functionality.
• Resolve customerreported issues efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in design discussions and provide constructive feedback on designs.
• Maintain highquality code standards and contribute to code reviews.
• Understand the endtoend architecture for NSA & ZTA and Cloud deployment.
• Identify and address Scale and Performance challenges for scalability and high availability.
• Collaborate with the team to address security vulnerabilities in the product.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere while sharing knowledge and experience.

• Minimum 8 years of Enterprise application development 5 years in Cloud & Microservices development.
• Proven experience in software development with a focus on cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Expertise in designing scalable and highperformance architectures.
• Solid understanding of security vulnerabilities and best practices in software security.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms for deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• First 90 Days:
  • Contribute to new functionality in the Agent Management component.
  • Identify and start addressing Scale & Performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in security reviews and begin understanding cloud deployment architecture.
• First 6 Months:
  • Engage in design discussions and consistently contribute to team retrospectives.
  • Start fixing security vulnerabilities and contribute to highquality code standards.
  • Begin collaborating on new initiatives that enhance customer experiences.
• First 12 Months:
  • Deliver substantial new features that directly benefit the product and the customers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Plan and initiate new projects or features that align with team and company objectives.
