SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Chapter Lead this strategic role will be responsible for brand strategy customer communications and social media strategy for Breezeline. Their work will be split into two: 1 they will be responsible for developing brand strategy implementing advertising campaigns and customer base communications and 2 they will be responsible for social media strategy and some implementation around calendar planning creating and publishing content.

The candidate will collaborate crossfunctionally in an Agile environment developing communications and analyzing campaign performance. Responsibilities include all aspects from briefing to delivery including writing and reviewing formats and content all while ensuring deadlines and brand guidelines are met.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that drives differentiation and aligns with overall business goals and brand positioning.

  • Identify and prioritize target audience needs by segments and markets focusing on key value drivers and competitive differentiators.

  • Manage the delivery of brand campaigns ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop communication strategies with multiple touchpoints to promote different programs or products to customers.

  • Build our customer base to be able to develop endtoend customer communications that are engaging personalized and aligned with marketing and product strategies while maintaining consistency with the brand across all channels.

  • Develop and update the social media strategy to ensure its vision and evolution on social networks while being aligned with corporate objectives and vision.

  • Be and remain on the lookout for new trends in social media and its management tools; deploy these new practices when relevant.

  • Plan manage and maximize budget to optimize the impact of the strategies implemented and the companys business issues.

  • Ensure project scope and timelines are met resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

  • Act as the voice of the customer influencing the customer journey and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product web and customer experience to ensure timely of promotional campaigns

  • Work closely with media partners and performance teams to optimize brand campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal designers videographers and external agencies to create impactful fullfunnel brand assets and collateral.

  • Contribute to the development of sprint plans OKRs and performance goals related to the brand strategy.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Bachelors degree in communication/marketing/public relations or other related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 7 years of relevant experience

  • Proven expertise in marketing and brand and/or social media strategy with a focus on delivering results.

  • Sustained presence in social media.

  • Experience in telecommunications is an asset.

SPECIAL SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with proficiency in presentation delivery.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Passion for the customer experience understanding the importance of branding and different touchpoint sequences.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office GSuite Workday Smartsheets and other business tools.

  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager/Creator/Collabs/Business Suite Twitter LinkedIn Instagram YouTube.

  • Knowledge of Sprout Social Sprinkler Reddit & Tik Tok is an asset;

  • Attitudes sought: Curiosity positivism professionalism customer service approach datadriven creativity strong interpersonal skills meticulousness rigor and resourcefulness.

  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.

  • Ability to work remotely within Breezelines footprint.
