Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As a fresherfriendly fulltime position this role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of residential real estate sales. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients and facilitate property transactions contributing to our business growth in new project launches.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong negotiation abilities to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques to identify and engage potential property buyers.
  • Experience or interest in social media marketing to promote listings and engage with prospects.
  • Understanding of real estate sales processes with a focus on residential properties.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client calls ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Capability to manage multiple site visits ensuring comprehensive property showcasing.
  • Eager to learn with a proactive attitude allowing for quick adaptation to dynamic sales environments.
  • Must have the ability to work collaboratively within a team maintaining a supportive and driven work culture.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads generated by the marketing team providing detailed information about the projects.
  • Persuade and schedule interested clients for site visits facilitating a strong first impression.
  • Conduct site visits with clients addressing all inquiries and highlighting key property features.
  • Facilitate the final booking process ensuring a seamless and satisfying transaction for the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and project updates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform future business strategies.
