This midlevel fulltime position is pivotal in finding evaluating and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients needs. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the IT industry and have a proven track record in recruitment processes sourcing and networking.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in IT recruitment with a deep understanding of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
Exceptional candidate sourcing skills using various channels including social media job boards and industry networking.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit with the organization.
Effective negotiation skills to manage offers and close candidates successfully.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact with candidates clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to enhance sourcing processes.
Strong networking abilities to build and sustain professional relationships within the IT industry.
Solid human resources acumen to ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform fullcycle recruitment activities for IT positions from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels and screen resumes for qualifications.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills cultural fit and career aspirations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and workforce needs.
Negotiate job offers and coordinate with candidates during the onboarding process.
Maintain a talent pool and pipeline for future recruitment needs.
Participate in talent networking events to represent the company and build a recruitment pipeline.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
