Description
Southwest Florida Christian Academy is seeking a Middle and High School Dean of Students who is passionate about Christian education and the Mission/Vision of the school. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Education with at least 3 years of related experience is required. Applicant must be a born again Christian who is highly motivated articulate in verbal and written communication organized detailoriented and possess excellent relational skills. The applicant must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple technology and software platforms as well as hold Florida Educator Certification or be willing to obtain ACSI certification. Candidates able to lead a cocurricular activity are preferred.

Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Education
Required Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in educationrelated roles.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage student behavior and discipline.
Experience in developing and implementing student support programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students parents and staff.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Proficiency in conflict resolution and mediation.
Experience in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
