Working as a Performance Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday relationship with client contacts within our Insurance portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for technical and performance queries reporting requests and account changes and updates. You will use your technical understanding of claims and recoveries to support the team in meeting recovery rates and other client outcomes. You will also work closely with the Team Leader to develop recoveries strategies communicate client updates and build a strong team culture.
