The Account Management team is crucial in driving our companys success working collaboratively with our clients to make sure that they can get the best outcomes from their partnership with RTB House. Maximising revenue from existing clients by convincing them to use our full suite of products and helping the new business team to close and onboard brandnew clients is a crucial role.

You Will:

  • Manage accounts of existing clients;
  • Meet clients facetoface regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • Execute customer communications personally and via video email Slack or even Asana in line with standards and processes;
  • Consult with clients to become their goto advisor on all things display instream and CTV;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Take care of customer success and longterm relationships;
  • Use consultative upselling techniques to increase the spend on existing and new products;
  • Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain indepth product knowledge;
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clientfacing experience;
  • Experience in running digital campaigns; ad tech SEM affiliate social video or programmatic display;
  • Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • Positive cando attitude.
