Job Description
TGGs client is seeking to aConstruction Cost (WIP Focus) Accountant. Weare seeking a detailoriented Construction Cost Accountant with WorkinProgress (WIP) experience to join their established accounting team.
Compensation:$75000 $85000 per year
Schedule:5 days in office
Position Overview:
- Maintain and update WIP schedules
- Analyze WIP reports to identify over/under billings.
- Prepare monthly WIP reports and reconciliations reports.
- Monitor and analyze job costs to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile job cost reports with the general ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field.
- 3 years of construction accounting experience with a focus on job costing and WIP accounting.
- Proficiency in construction accounting software.
