The Portfolio Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive portfolio solutions that align with our business objectives and client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes strategic thinking and technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective portfolio solutions.
Design and architect scalable reliable and secure portfolio solutions that meet business goals.
Lead the development and implementation of portfolio strategies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance portfolio solutions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for portfolio solutions including architecture diagrams technical specifications and user guides.
Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
Qualifications
BS or greater degree in Information Technology/Computer Systems Engineering and 5 years of applicable Solution Architecture or Development Leader experience.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on portfolio management and business strategy.
Strong understanding of insurance products processes and regulations (ideally personal lines)
Demonstrated ability to design composite solutions involving multiple technologies and platforms
Experience with industry leading platforms for Policy Claim Billing administration CRM digital engagement etc.
Strong technical expertise (Java REST Services SQL)
A continuous focus on Cyber Security PCI Compliance GITC
Proficiency in asset management tools and software.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience with cloud technologies enterprise architecture frameworks and agile methodologies is a plus.
Calm under pressure possessing excellent organizational skills integrity and followthrough on tasks able to challenge the norms while working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
