Job Description
Our Client is one of the largest civil survey firms in the country and provides land development consulting and site design services to owners and developers across all commercial institutional and residential markets. They are a highly regarded partner for developer clients who wish to leverage industry change and tackle site challenges resulting in successful land development projects that positively transform communities.
POSITION PROFILE:
The Sr Project Manager will work closely with theOffice Director and Project Teams to manage a civil engineering client portfolio with an entrepreneurial spirit while building/nurturing the companys brand through project delivery excellence.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentor train and develop a team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.
- Empower and encourage project teams to reach new levels of success where they have opportunities to grow in their careers
- Be a true business partner to clients listening to their needs and providing technical expertise to help them accomplish their development goals
- Represent clients throughout key milestones in their projects including at public presentations and hearings
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of relevant experience leading projects/teams
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering LandscapeArchitecture or related fields
- Professional licensure preferred (PE)
- A demonstrated history of leading andmotivating highperformance site design teams
- Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
